At Aurora Collectibles, we aim to provide high-quality trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of collectible products and fluctuating market values, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Opened products
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
- Other appropriate resolution
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
Aurora Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must remain unopened and unused
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Return requests must be approved before sending items back
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or incorrect:
- Opened trading card products
- Booster packs
- Sealed products with broken seals
- Graded cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Authenticity
All products sold by Aurora Collectibles are guaranteed authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers and distributors.
Minor manufacturing imperfections to packaging, shrink wrap, or cards are considered normal within the trading card industry and are not classified as defects.
